MicroSCADA IEC61850 OPC Server problem
i'm working on a substation's MicroSCADA system setup. Currently, i have a problem with the CET. I made the relay configuration and imported it to the opc server. The values are seen at the online diagnostics but they are not changing. Until i open one of the values' online diagnostics tool, that value doesn't appear on the MicroSCADA process display; when i opened the online diagnostics tool the value seem on the process display. Anyone has an idea about solving this problem?
