800xA software designing
Hello,
we need a 800xA system for a FCS(Foundation control system) project. We need one engineering station for all engineering functions and two stand alone operator stations. Operator stations shouldn’t be dependent to a server and must be stand alone. Also we have one AC800M(PM866) with 400 hardwired I/O and 800 foundation fieldbus I/O (and probably we will decide to use one AC800M-HI-PM865 with 1000 I/O for ESD system). which softwares and licenses do we need at least? What software designing is optimum for such system? (Meanwhile we can use a separate system for ESD and omit AC800M-HI if it may be cheaper. And if integrated safety system increases the cost of software components).I have considered one “Engineering Workplace - Additional Rich Client, 800xA 5.1” as engineering station and two “B010 - 800xA Base System “ with two“B060 - 1,000 tags, redundant” as operator stations(it’s only for AC800M with1200I/O without using AC800M-HI) in addition to one “F035 - PM866 Software License” for controller and eight “K020 - 100 FF Device Aspect Objects” for F.F. devices. But it is so expensive configuration. Could you guide me for a more optimum software design?
also, probably we will decide to use one AC800M-HI-PM865 with 1000 I/O for ESD system and We need a dedicated SER(Sequence of Event Recording) PC for ESD(AC800M HI). If one “Operator Workplace - Additional Client “ software is suitable for it? And Do we need additional licenses for Safety Functions?
