Freelance OPC Block the AC900F

Good day;

We have a Freelance System (Freelance 2016) with a issue with the OPC Server. The system has two controller PS3 and PS4 and two Gateway for integration with the Symphony Plus Operation Servers.

When both OPC server are connected getting data from the controllers one of the controller, PS4, goes to Error state; doing a "Whole Station" Load to the controller the Error disappear but the probibus shows "No System bus communication" error for all devices in both Profibus master interface installed in the controller.

We did the upgrade to Freelance 2016 SP1 but the issue still happen. When only one OPC is getting data from the controllers, the PS4 works well; but if the second OPC Server is active again the error in the profibus devices goes up.

Any information or recommendation to resolve this issue will be thankful.
