Firmware upgrade issue of SPICI800 from A-6 to A-7

Hi All,

I was doing the firmware upgrade of SPICI800 from A_6 to A_7.

DipSwitch

I done the following dip switch settings.

SW1 1 open,2-8 closed

SW2 3,5,6 & 8 open other closed

SW3/4/5 all switches are closed.

Firmware file type

I was tryying to upload this file type which i downloaded from the solution bank.

we-pi-1900715A_7002-a-1-a.bin

Error

When i open the*.bin file the a pop up windows shows up which shows it should run and transfer the file. Please see the attachment of snapshoot. After this nothing was running. After few 1 or 2 "Tere Term XMODEM Send" also disappered as well.I wait for more than half an hour but no result. So no fireware upgrade. Please advice where i am doing mistake.
