AC 110 failed to update display values

I am facing FCB error during online access, AC110 controller CPU PM 632. I can connect to controller and can press F7, but to see online value CTRL+F7 I am getting the attached errors, I already restart controller and reload program but still same problem. Anybody faced this problem, please help to solve this
