Replcement of a new PM861 unit with an old PM861, in Redundant CPU and Without BC810

Hi,

We replaced a new PM861 with an Old , Dual Mode was not reached (DUAL LED was not lit),

We Upgraded the firmware only on the new PM861 from the PC communicating with primary CPU and via the Serialfirmware upgrader software and TK212 cable (Not on primary or old PM861 running the application), after reseting the new PM861 (Backup CPU), Dual Mode was not reached and the P and F led was on.

We powered off the primary CPU and setted IP of the Backup CPU according to The ABB manuals as a Primary CPU and the Backup CPU IP via the IPConfig software, but afte power on , both of CPUs was Primary,So, we Powered off two CPUs.

We connected The TK212 cable to the primary CPU and setted the IP of Primary CPU and backup CPU according to The ABB manuals and via the IPConfig software several times, but the result didnt change and only The P and F LEDs was on again.

what should we do?
