Rapid menu change in large programs
A description of this resolution:
- Starting the menu system at operating system level.
Close the menu system in the affected window and change to the CDOS operating system level.
Re-start the menu system here using the command START00n. The letter n represents the number of the window that you changed into the CDOS operating system level from (n=1, 2 or 3).
"Rapid menu change in large programs" resolves the following:
- Service Station
Rapidly switching from one menu to another on one window by pressing the ESC key several times will result in memory intensive programs such as the graphic editor failing to restart. Instead the standard back-up starts.
The underlying cause is:
- The menu system reserves itself too much memory.
