800xA clients that lost the faceplate elements for Auto/Manual/cascade
Problem:One of our 800xA clients that lost the faceplate elements for Auto/Manual/cascade. This problem is random among the clients whether they have quad screen displays or dual screen displays. The problem is typically fixed for the operators by initiating a restart of the machine. Deleting the FSDCache directory does not help the problem since I have done that numerous times only to have the problem return 20 minutes later (worst case scenario). The clients are Dell Precision 490s and this is 800xA 5.0 (No Rollups at this time) Thank you,Symptoms:
