IO Capacity of Freelance AC800F Control PM802F

In my system I have approximetaly 3800 IOs as details AI:437,AO:190,DI:1762,DO:1246,RTD:186.
the controller must be reduandancy.I want to know that how many controller we need for mentioned IO?As I know that the typical IO support for AC800F is 100,But its a nominal value and I think that t1000 IO is more precise for PM803F not PM802F.
In short with PM802F CPU how many IO can be supported with regarding the controller reduandacy is need.
