Client Connection Lost to Server
We have a Compact HMI 800 SCADA in our site which is fully working.
My office mate disconnected the ethernet cable temporarily on the client computer. After a few minutes, he return the cable back to client computer, however after that, the workplace no longer connecting to server computer.
We ping both AC800M plc and SCADA server and they were both existing in the client network, so which means we are physically connected to the remote station.
We already restart our computer several times but still we are unable to communicate with the Server. The CHMI_Server(on the notification icon) is disabled and does not turn green even after waiting for serveral minutes.
We are monitoring from time to time the status of substation meters. I am hoping for your immediate response regarding on how we can solve the issue.
