Ac500 to Flowmeter RS485 Serial communication

Hello, ABB AC500 experts,

I am having hard time understanding why there is no communication between the AC500-ECO PM554 and Emerson FB1200 Flow meter since everything is configured correctly. I am getting an Error code 8211 on the Com_mod_master function Block (Please see the image for connection diagram and function block that is used for Master RS485-Configuration) on PM554 ECO PLC. I would like to know what it might have gone wrong so our ABB PM554 ECO PLC has not been able to talk to the Emerson Flow meter.

I would appreciate if some one can shed a light on this issue.
