800xA 6.1.0.1 AC800m opc server AE not configured issue

Hi Stefan,

800xa 6.1.0.1 , at Primary server( domain+cs+AS) OPC server configuration panel, all the 3 AC800M CPU connection to DA & AE are healthy state.

but at redundancy server connection to DA is ok, but AE of one controller it is showing not configured.
restarting the secondary server & downloading the program has not solved the problem.
restarted alarm manager services at primary server with no change in status. , All the services found to be health.
