Frequent failure AGDR in ACS800 (R8i) Modules
Dear all, We have installation base of approx 250 nos. of R8i(ACS800- 104- 0580-7) modules in our WRM and BRM mills,from few months back we are repeatedly facing the failure of AGDR in different modules and till now we were not found anything abnormal in field like motor cable, motor or any other short circuit in busbar . we just replaced the faulty module with spare one and drive system gets ready.
We are unable to understand why this failure happen, is it aging? can any one tell me the life of these modules.
Please tell what further need to check to prevent this type of failure as every time its create huge production loss.
