Alarmcond and Alarmcondbasic Function Block not wokring

I have tried both Function Blocks Alarmcond and Alarmcondbasic separately as per below screenshot settings. But they are not working with Condstate 0 and Status -30 errors.
Can anyone tell what is missing and what is wrong?
