Asset Monitoring (PNSM) for RSPE Hirschamann Switches
Dear All,
We are using Hirschmann network switch model RSPE35 in one of our customer site in Qatar.
We tried to configure this network swtiches with HirschsmannRSXXLib Ver 11.00 and identied congurations are not matching and getting alarm active for power supply and port failure, similarly we have configured HirschsmannRSXXLib Ver 11.00 for RS20 and RS30 switches and it is properly updating NW swtich status.
Please guide me how to rectify this issue, whether we need to manually configure some addtional property in 'IT General property' aspect. else it is only option to get the new Lib files from ABB support.
