Answer question
AI561 wiring
Hello,
I have a pm554 tp eth, a AI561, a temperature meter which has power supply 24V AC/DC and analog output 4-20mA
and a temperature meter with power supply 230V AC and analog output 4-20mA
I supply the first meter with 24V DC from the same 24v DC PSU that powers pm554 and the AI561. The second meter gets 230V AC.
I want to connect the 4-20mA signal from the first meter to the AI0 of AI561 and the 4-20mA signal from the second meter to AI1 of AI561
I bridge R0 with I0+ and connect it to the (+) of the analog output and then i bridge the (-) of the PSU to the (-) of the analog output and connect it to the I0-
I do the same for the second meter but with the terminals R1,I1+,I1-
Is that correct ? Do i also have to connect the (-) of the PSU to the PE (ground) of my electical panel?
Thank you in advance
