lost OPC comunication when warm download is performed CHMI v 6
hello everyone.
I have version of compact HMI 6.0.3.2 with only one system as server
we have the version of control builder 6 for the PLC program
we have the OPC in the same version
windows 10 LTSB operating system
we have a problem that every time we want to change the control program and download it in warm mode, OPC lost communication with the plc ac800m, alarms and events continue working
trying to connect again pops up message
"there are files missing needed for the connection to the controller, the files are located int he project directory of the control builder that performed the download to the controller, do you want to browse for them now?"
It is necessary to select them manually so that they can be connected to the opc
do you know how to solve this?
I need to download without lost communication
