ACS880-01 drive for crane application, Hoist down movement stop command operation took long time for brake closing
During commissioning of ACS880-01 drive for crane application, Hoist down movement stop command operation took long time for closing mechanical brakes from local as well as remote operate. We checked Acc/dec time . We check following points:
1. Acc/Dec time checked. 3 sec as default setting. Acceleration time i.e start for both UP & down movement was working ok.
2. Hoist UP movement start and stop command operation working fine for closing mechanical brakes.
3. If we reduced speed below nominal speed of 1700 rpm i.e. 600 rpm and gave hoist down movement stop command then time minimised as compare to nominal speed. But the problem remains same as its mechanical brake closing delayed.
Let me know which parameters need to check?
