Symphony Plus S+ Operations - Alarm List Problem

I am using a Symphony PLUS Operations 2.1 System on a Windows 10 Operating System LTBS 2015.
I'm having problems with the alarms. As for the configuration seemingly OK, I created the lists and alarm:

See print 2However when the alarm is active, it does not appear with description and time in the list, it is as if the first column, was very extended, making it impossible to see the others.

In short, my alarm lists are not displaying name and description.
Can you help me ?
