AC900FR redundancy error and Sluggish Modbus Communication.
We are facing issue in IOCL Roorkee terminal in AC900FR
- Even we are doing very small addition/ modification in the logic , after that when we are giving the “Load Changed Object” the load is aborting in between and controller is going into stopped (SW) state.
- After facing the above issue again and again, we gave “ Load Whole Station” – which was resulting in Redundancy error. The controller came into synchronization state after few hour, but we again modified the logic and checked. This time same issue happened, but this time controller didn’t came back to normal, and still in redundancy error. The error we are getting is on CI930 “ IP2: No module Found” the redundancy cable was working fine before and now also. We restored the old program which was running earlier, but redundancy error was still there so I downloaded the modified program again.
- We are doing Modbus serial and Modbus TCP/IP communication from AC800FR. There are many Auma make Valves, which are connected to MB3480 Modbus Gateway serially. After this gateway we are taking the Modbus TCP/IP output and connecting it in AC900FR through Network switch. When we are doing Modbus communication through Modbus simulation software, on serial side, the valves are communicating very smoothly. As the serial ports are occupied, we are now doing communication with Auma Valves through Modbus TCP/IP . Even after connecting the TCP/IP side of MB-3480 Modbus gateway in laptop and checked through Modbus simulation software, we are getting very good response of DBBV valves which we are not getting through AC900FR controller.
- Initially we were using Ethernet port three only for Modbus TCP/IP communication, now we have switched the communication to Ethernet 4 only for MB3480 Gateways But the response is still poor.
