Can we run a motor with nominal voltage 230 V, whereas the VFD operated with 400 V incoming?
I have a motor with following ratings-
In Delta 230V, 4KW, 13.9amp, 1454rpm, 50 Hz
In Star 400V, 4KW, 7.9amp, 1453rpm, 50Hz
and Drive is ACS850-04-025A-5+J400, hence incoming supply is 400V.
I want to start the drive in Delta connection is it possible?
And if possible Is there some advantage to run the motor in Star?
For example better control in Star.
