AF100 S800 I/O problem. "HW Missing" and no reaction from DO820
I am commissioning some new I/O cabinets, one from process station 23 and one from process station 25, both are AC450.
For PS23 all is OK, everything works.
For PS25 i get Diag: HW MISSING on all my positions in 800xA (see pictures) but my DI821 still works. My DO820 however does not. I have green lights on all my I/O (even the DO820) and no strange leds otherwise.
In online builder the cards say that they are OPERATIONAL even though they say HW missing in 800xA.
I saw that all other S800 I/O on the same PS25 AF100 bus that has been in operation since several years are showing the same HW MISSING message even though they work.
The AF100 bus enter my new cabinet as optical fiber using TC514V2 then over to terminal block TC505 over a twisted pair trunk cable and tap cable from TC505 to CI810B. Terminations on TC505 (grounded) and on TC514V2 (not grounded).
Since all other I/O on PS25 has the same HW missing problem i suspect there might be something wrong with the segment of the bus connected to the AC450, but i checked all connections and terminations and they are all up to spec.
Since the existing DO seem to work anyway i suspect the problem with my DO820 not working might be some other problem (maybe software related) but i also double checked th database configuration and it all look OK.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
