ACS550 reduce frequency to 3Hz when overload
Hello everyone, I have a problem that Our acs550 don't triggers a fault when overload but the frequency reduce to 3Hz. The driver use for xxxx to transport cement. I don't find anything related to this problem in 3AFE64804588 document. Anyone can help me to understand this mode and change the mode to triggers overload fault when overload. Thank you so much.
