AC500 PM583 ETH PLC to ACS 550 Drive modbus Communication Issue

We are using Moxa MB3280 converter in between drive and PLC. The communication will be ok until start the drive.if enable external drive start input immediately drive communication dropping not transfer reference to deceive. If I do same in local mode and do start enable the drive the communication drops.
We are using moxa to drive RS485 3 wire connection with baud rate 19.2kbs .from moxa to PLC TCP. LINK.

please can any one has idea why its dropping and how to rectify.
