PU410 connection in MasterBus 300 network
Hello,
Our ABB Master DCS containing Master View 230, MasterAid 220 and Master Piece 260 parts and a ABB DSPC 172 CPU. Our system is based on DOS operating system. Please, note to the system details is in the attachment. We prepared and installed Control Builder A 1.3. But the question is that how can we collect and save the PC and DB source code in .AA and .BA formats using On-Line Builder software? According to oldness of our system and it's MasterAid220 and DSPC172 CPU, is it possible to that using PU410 Engineering unit? I know that we should connect the "PC1 Ethernet port" of PU410 to our CBA installed laptop, but where should we connect the PU410 "CBA serial port" ? Should we connect it to one of the COM ports behind the MasterAid220 indicated in the second attachment picture or we should connect it directly to the serial port on the CPU that is now connected to the MasterAid220 ?
