Firmware AC700F Update Problems

Greetings,

I have to update an AC 700F from Freelance V9.1 to Freelance 2013. 10 seconds after starting the firmware update in Configure I get the error message "Firmware update failed: Connection to station could not be established". The engineering station is connected to the controller via an ethernet switch and I get a stable connection. When connecting to the diagnosis port of the controller I get the message I attached to this post. I can successfully flash the old V9.1 firmware in the controller. How can I flash the controller with the new firmware?
