Missing Afws while restoring CHMI

While Upgrading a system from 4.0 (Most likely 4.0 Restoring only with Backup..so not sure about Version) to CHMI 5.1, i was able to upgrade the CHMI successfully.

But while upgrading the Control builder backup, im getting the some errors. Basic HW Lib missing & Communication Library missing. Where will i get this afw files?

If it can be taken from any another system, can someone post it here.
