800xA HART connect error

Hi Gents,

We need to read the PV with the transmitter through the HART protocol. We have a problem with connection a HART device to the 800xA (AI845, AI895). We are trying to connect to the transmitter, but the connection is not established. Find attached the screenshots. Tell me what could be the problem.
