Redundant AC800M controller sudden Fault
Dear AC800M specialists, please help.
We encountered sudden fault of redundant PM866 in test field one week prior to its commissioning. (previous 3 months test and FAT passed without any problem)
Primary CPU fault LED was permanently on,
Redundant CPU fault LED flashing,
CI854 and CI855 in Fault, CI856 all LEDs were off.
No ping answer from faulty CPUs.
AC800M has returned to normal operation after both CPUs power off and on.
CPU logs seem to be wiped out, see attached.
CPU and ethernet redundancy has been tested afterwards. CPUs work fine until now.
Please navigate me how to find the reason of CPU fault.
Is it possible unconnected S100 and S800 IOs are the reason?
We have one PM866 pair spare, but not tested yet. Shall we replaced CPUs before putting them in operation?
