Don’t change the BLK_I and BLK_D when the PC is not executed and check the value of BLK_I and BLK_D after a PC source code is loaded and started.
The problem will not be corrected.

"MasterPiece 200/1 and MasterPiece 280 Problem with PC element PIDCON" resolves the following:
- At start-up (DIBM,DBL) PIDCON doesn’t use the data base connections BLK_I and BLK_D.
At start-up (DIBM,DBL) PIDCON doesn’t use the data base connections BLK_I and BLK_D. This means that the control algorithm can be fundamentally altered.
The PC program overrides the values of BLK_I and BLK_D with old values, i.e the values which BLK_I and BLK_D had when the PC program last executed.
If the PC program hasn’t executed before BLK_I and BLK_D are overrided with 0. This is the case after loading of PC source code.
