Alarms can not be acknowledged version 5.0 Sp2 Rev b / Harmony Connect
Good Morning , please Could you support in the following issue ?
Customer has installed a system version 5.0 Sp2 Rev B , some days ago the system went down because of feed power problems , it included also the Infi 90 controllers.
After that , people has some problems to acknowledge the alarms , all the controllers are up and running nevertheless some alarms can not be acknowlegded , I do not think they have deleted some tags objects which they had alarms configured , and also we could verify the manual inhibit alarm feature from the specific objects to see if the problem goes away , or to clean the alarms could we delete the alarm list from the \OperateITData\EventStorage \ folder to try to reestablish the behavior ? it could be done after restarting both connectivity server nodes , if the problem still continue we could do that
Regarding to delete the folder from OperateITData\EventStorage \ folder , first we could uncheck the service providers from both nodes aspect server/ connectivity server ( in the plant they are combined nowadays) and delete that , as result of this action , how could be showed the alarms from alarm list or alarm line after doing that .
