Wrong Active time in alarm list in 800xA for MOD300
Hi all,
We have one 800xA for MOD300 6.0.3 version. I have questions about the alarm list. Who set the active time when one tag goes to alarm or when it goes to inactive? my question is because in alarm lists some tags have wrong active time (up to one month apart). In the MOD OPC Test Client we see that it happens the same. I think is not a synchronization problem, because the time differences is not the same for all the tags.
Can we configure for the 800xA set the active time?
Could you help me solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, the HMI is not involved. The OPC AE server govern the timestamps to 100%. Most servers relay the alarm time if provided by the PLC.
Three timestamps are available in the HMI: EventTime (always changes), ActiveTime (changes when a condition is going inactive->active) and AckTime (is set when acknowledged).
OPC AE uses UTC format. In System 800xA, each client need to be set with an appropriate time zone. There are systems stretching over multiple time zones.
