Two graphics display on the same screen
Hello,
We are currently changing our DCS conductor NT (1 screen) to 800xA (2 screens). In the old system, Operators used four graphics on the same screen.
First of all, we wanted to keep the same ratio and use quad display aspect. However resolution was too low... So we would like to display one graphic on the upper screen and two graphics on the below one.
So, is it possible to have two graphics on the same screen (without using wrapper) ? Of course, operators will have to choose each graphic independently
Do you have any idea ?
Thanks in advance

Yes. But your Display Aspect Ratio will be wrong. The two graphics will end up half hight but the same width.
In the Library Structure of 800xA you can create custom "Workplace Panels". You can build a new workplace panel object & aspects that show as many displays as you need. Have a look at the "Quad Graphic Panel Layout" and "Quad Preview Panel Layout" aspect of the Operator Workplace panel and use these as a guide.
However, the resulting displays are quite likely to be unusable becuase of the resulting aspect ratio changes. If you set the displays to preserve aspect ratio then you end up with 2 graphics that are effectively the same size as the original quad graphics - which you have already said are unreadable.
A simpler solution is to use 3 monitors.
