Print Faceplate 800xA ver 6
Is it possible to print faceplates from 800xA without using an external program like Greenshot?
There is a print tool capable of printing the active window, eg I believe the trend display has this tool per default. The icon is a small printer.
The problem with the faceplate is that you must alter the faceplate frame to allow tools to be put there. This will steal precious space and make the faceplate look funny.
The standard tool makes poor printing of color subtituted PG2 text/fonts (it leaves antialiasing on which prevents the color substitution).
Best would be if the faceplate context menu could be made to contain the PG2 graphical display's newer print command - it disables antialiasing before spooling the print job.
Maybe something to bring up with your regional ABB sales representative (as an enhancement request)?
