800xA Log Configuration Error
I use Log configuration to report the data.Nowadays,Log cofiguration don't save the data and when I want to read Log Configuration Status, an error message is apperaed which is appendix.How can I solve this problem?
first of all you have to verify that your Basic History service providers are running, look in Service Structure.
If they are running, verify the status by subscribing for live data in the Property View tab for the Provider metrics object, Service Provider Status aspect.
Where you have a Log Configuration aspect in the Control Structure you need a History Source aspect above it. Normally the History Source aspect is found on the Control Network object, if you have AC800 controllers, you did not mention which type of controller you are using.
Create a Log Summary aspect, which you can create in Control Structure/Root
What is the output from it ?
In addition to the suggestions Ronny has made, it is worth Restarting the basic History Services. This can often solve odd problems with history collection.
If you have redundant history services ( and you should ) then restart one service at a time. Wait untill it has restarted before starting the other.
