Get data from external OPC-Server into AC700
the OPC-Client in Freelance 2013 is integrated in CBF and DigiVis. So if i read data from an external OPC-Server I can display them in a trend for example.
But is there a way to get these data into the controller (AC700F) to use them in the program code?

There is also opc server for ac700f. So you must link them together. There is a software to do this which is called Linkmaster. Linkmaster is a Kepware opc product.
So what you will do is create variables in ac700fand expand them to the its own opc server. Then via linkmaster link them together.
See below link.
You are right - both DigiVis and CBF have OPC Client function build in, but AC 700F don't(neighter AC 800F and AC 900F for that matter). This means that controller can't access online data form OPC server, so there is no way to use those data in the program. At least not with Freelance software alone.
As salihgokk wrote above You can bridge two OPC servers (there are many different ways to do this). This will allow them to communicate and as Freelance OPC server can read AND write Freelance controller's variables it will be somethnig like reading and writing these values to 3rd party OPC server.
Hope that helps,
