reports 800xa not updated

I am doing reports with 800 xa
i have excel and data direct
i create a excel template, where in a row i put a date (date format)
i need to create reports every day , minute per minute from 8 columns and the historic data come from specific date and time
reports works well, every day and the same hour create a new excel file in a specific folder
the problem is data on the file is not the same in comparison with historic trend
by example, if you open trend and search tag1 at 11:30 from july 1 2017, your value is 30
but excel report apear 0.
if you use f9 the update send the correct data, but only in this mode
i have used the files:
Mr Engineer a basic walk through on 800xa report configuration
And
Functional Daily Report in Excel with provided template
in excel options i used automatic update, and the option is (interpolate data) because the raw data send wrong values
VERSION IS 5.1
could you help me to solve this problem

NAME may indicate that you have not configured DataDirect plugin for the service account. Each account need to have the plugin configured.
how i can configured the plug in??

in your template which you have uploaded in Scheduling structure, Save the template one more time after pressing the F9 key, & Use manual calculation instead of auto update.

I believe NAME indicate that Excel does not know how to translate. Ensure the DataDirect.xla file has been added as plugin. Adding of plugin is described in the documentation.
If spreadsheet/report works on the desktop but not when scheduled I suspect incorrect setup of DD for the service account user.
