AC450 problem with Advant Fieldbus 100
I have got some problems I think with Advant Fieldbus.
Brief description of configuration of my system: PLC Advant 450 -> CI 522 -> TC512 -> TC514 -> TC514 -> CI810 with DI and DO cards. In this network (bus 3) I have 6 CI810 stations addresses from 10 to 16 (3 for IO cards and 3 for frequency converters ACS800).
The problem is that from time to time (sometimes it is like 10 minutes sometimes 6 months - gap between I have this problem) on DI cards(random cards) on station CI810 with address 10 all signals is going from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 0 very fast. When I am looking on leds on cards they are not changing his states. I have got some system alarms from this time (see atachement).
I have checked twice connections and installations. I have replaced some parts of the system like cards CI522, TC512, CI810, all DI810 (for statnion 10), all TU810V1 modules for this statnion.
Do you have any idea what is going on?
This is hard to describe everything so if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.

Ask your regional ABB support center to forward a support case to SE L3 (where I work) and we'll have a look at the case.
I'm no HW expert at all, but I have a couple of colleagues with vast knowledge in AF100 that is not active on this forum.
The most common problems with AF100 are:
- Incorrect installation (wrong cable, improper termination, illegal config, etc)
- Physical error (bad connection, aged/worn out fibre optics, faulty hardware)
I have replaced cabel in this network 10 months ago to new cable regarding ABB specification just to be sure that this is no problem - it was not a big cost but it did not help.
I know that the distance between statnion should be more than 4 meters and it is more than 4m.
