Can anybody tel me why 800xa 5.1 pg2 graphic elements getting time to display the value on graphics?

In addition to what Rob and Stefan just said, we have seen a big impact of network card settings on PG2 graphic display and faceplate call up times.
Please check if the network card settings and switch settings are as per the guidelines in Networking manual.
More importantly, please ensure that "Speed and Duplex" settings of Client server network ethernet card in machines and switch should be same (Either both in Auto or Both set to a fixed speed ).
Also it is important to set network binding order according to the recomended configurations.
Right click in the graphic and show diagnistics to get some ideas on what is slowing down your graphics.
What libraries are you using ? PC Device Lib "List Of xxx " composite elements are horrendously slow. Late binding can slow your graphics. However, the "Batch" displays ( like the batch scheduler, links to PFC's etc) should all work reasonably well.
The list of reasons for "slow" graphics can be very long and there are a lot of potential causes.

Have a look at Late Binding (shown both in Timing Summary as well as on a dedicated tab in the Process Graphics diagnostics) as well as excessive use of it can have dramatic effects on display exchange time.
There are an infinite number of ways to use Late Binding. Improper use of Late Binding could eg be "search among ALL objects for ANY aspect having a property named FUBAR". However, the pure count of LBs can sometimes be the biggest factor - only one recommendation can be given; only use LB where no other technique work, and be very restrictive with the number of times you use it in one graphic display.
Often, "Divide & Conquer" technique can be used to track down what is causing delays in graphics. I would begin by removing ALL elements making use of Late Binding and see where it takes me.
