PM865 Unexpected shutdown
Good day!
We have 800xA SV 4, redundant PM865 controllers with SM810. Sometimes we facing with an unexpected controllers shoutdown and memory reset. Battery was replaced lately.
In CI log file i found:
I 2017-07-05 12:42:01.932 (EHTask)[ERRORHANDLER] Send ErrorReport to PM. ('Modulebus: Scan time error', Sev = 4, ActionsToTake = 0xf)

And in CPU log:
This PM has been intentionally stopped.
Reason:
- CPU stall timer has expired (Acknowledged)
- Memory parity error at address: 0x00000071
Press init button or remove power to restart...

Please help me! What may be the reason of this behaivor?
Thanks in advance

Hi Denis,
I don't know if you already solved your problem but looks like you have some problem with your IO. Your log report a problem with a modulebus scan what is pretty common and can fixed chaging the scan time on cpu properties editor. What is really strange is that communication problem between cpu and SM810. You can try exchanging the SM810 and changing the cpu configuration to single as this configuration with Redundant HI controller is quite sofisticated...
