slow response in faceplate
I have one 800XA 5.1 rev A version.
response in one workplace is too slow.
the system have two conectivity/aspect servers in redundat configuration, one batch server one IM server and one client.
only in client operator station the response is too slow to open any faceplate ( 5 -8 seconds)
What can i do to improve this response?

Is client virtualized? RDP and Terminal Server will eat from the performance budget. More if server core speed is slow. Best performance is with rich clients and top-of-the-line GHz (not # of cores). Many thin clients run on inferior low power CPUs which even more affect final result.
Is network tested to 100 or 1000 mbit/s? Can you copy a 100MB or 1GB file in less than 15 seconds between client and servers (measure both directions)?
Is the ABB Application Log service in Windows running under the service account in the client computer?
Is the workplace launched traditionally or via LogOn Script/Group Policy? The latter is not proper method and I have seen poor performance when used anyway.
