No, there isnt. And it is more than a little frustrating. But for CCB there is a kind of a work around ...
CCB stores its application source code in XML files. You can directly compare these files using a program like "Beyond Compare" -> http://www.scootersoftware.com/moreinfo.php
The XML descriptions of variables, function blocks etc is quite rigid and well defined so you can usually see and interpret changes in those areas. Howevever, application code is allways stored as Structured Text ( even if you write in FBD, IL etc ) so comparing exactly what changed can be "difficult".
For 800xA things (of course) are more complicated. You can "view" a source code report, but you cant save it to a file. The source code is embedded into the Aspect system and the source files are not directly available. You can save the source code in CCB format (Tools -> Maintenance -> Compact CB -> Save in Compact CB Format ) and get the source code that way.
ABB now offers "Application Change Management" in SV5.1 FP4, but unfortunately it still falls a long way short of even the basic functionality of a real source code management system like "Git" http://git-scm.com/
as far as i know there is no automatic way to see the difference between 2 project other then difference report. what i normally do i create the CCB of Project in which i have doubt and load project in compact builder in some other Computer on which i already have compact control builder and manually look on th logic if there is any change.
I will appreciate if someone come with better idea.

There is one more efficent way but this is only available as a additional feature. This would be ACM (Apllication Change Management) which enables you to save versions of your project or application on a repository server and hence upload or download when wanted.
If not then there is nor real too for what you wish, you may print the documentation and then store it and later compare it using the difference report, or just as mentioned by the other user here, use another PC to compare.
