Hi friends,,. I have a new question about my AI563 module,,,,¡¡¡¡ when I do a temperature reading..,, at normal temperature the measurement is 216, obviously when the temperature increases this value also increases,., my dude is,. what is this value,.?? because it does not belong at the datasheet of thermocuple,. is this a normal analog value,.? because there is not diference when change the configuration to another thermocuple and I undertand that this module is to temperature measurement,,.I´m using my module incorrectly,.? what is the correct way to use it to perform measurements whit termocupples,,.?? or only I can scale this value,??

For example: your measurement range is 0 to 100 degrees. But PLC receive only analog signal from your sensor.so your sensor will send the analog signal to PLC corresponding to the temperature.
Field range: 0 to 100 degrees
Sensor output: 4 to 20 mA
PLC : 0 to 27648.
If PLC shows 0 means 0 degree. 27648 means 100 degree.
Kindly explain your wiring method .
As already stated, following is philosophy for reading an Analog input on any PLC.
NormallY, it is one from these two signal range: 4-20mA , or 0-10 Volt.
Depending on this, Module selection is made too. ( U or I)
Everytime, PLC will have Analog input on its card,it will take " 0 to 27648" Integer Count
Depending upon your Process requirement, you can further scale it.
It can be a Temp Input/Flowmeter Flow/ Motor Actual Current/Motor Actual RPM/Speed Reference from any machine, etc .
