can't see history trend- not active
I'm not able to see any trends past 30 minutes. The history builder shows NOT ACTIVE. How do I make this active?
are all your Basic History service providers started in Service Structure ?
Restart all of them (maybe you have only one, I don't know)
Other test is to stop redundant connectivity server, where Basic History service provider is executed, to test only one up and running at a time.
If it still doesn't work, you need to verify that you still have a History Source aspect for your logs.
Maybe you can understand more if you create a Log Summary aspect in the Root of Control Structure and see the information in it.
