Licence error message
I have many licence error messages on 800xa PC that are disturbing us (each 2 min). I found on licence viewer that sentinel licence has expired.
My company doesn't want to renew the licence until next year because of budget.
Is there any way to disable this error message or to remove a sentinel licence from 800xa licence temporarily or permanently until the licence renewal?

Look at Sentinel licence details (visible in the .SLA file, Licence Entry or License Assignment Editor tools).
There is a YEAR.MONTH code embedded which correspond to the expiry of the Sentinel agreement.
Each version, revision and rollup of 800xA software has the build month embedded.
License enforcement will activate license annoyance if software date is more recent than the Sengine expiry date.
Ergo: you must have a non-expired Sentinel agreement to run the latest software versions
Below CLS working folder there are logs called RUTxxx.log. Look for software dates there. The most recent date of all ABB software installed is put into an aspect in the Aspect System Structure->Central Licensing. This date must not exceed your Sentinel license expiry date.
