AC800M with RTU CI853 doesn´t work with gateway SERIAL to TCP
We are involve in a project to improve the resources in our infrestructure. We need to migrate from serial MODBUS to MODBUS/TCP to release a TDM links beetwen differents sites. We have a lot of AC800M with CI853(MODBUS SERIAL RTU) to transmit the signals from remote valves to te central monitoring.
We connect the gateway DCB ( look this link: http://www.dcbnet.com/datasheet/emb02ds.html#lan )
But the PLC only sends packets every ten minutes, like a heart beat, but the data is not transmit. We have checked multiple configurations, but the results are the same.
Do we need to change some parameter when we want transmit via LAN ?
Can you share some suggestions to implemented it?
Thanks in advanced,

The device you have linked expects a single modbus TCP host in the central area will act as a master and talk to Modbus serial slave(s) in the field.
Have your CI853 cards actually been configured as modbus slaves ? This is a pretty unusual configuration for the CI853 (and has been discussed quite a lot recently)
A modbus serial slave will NOT send data at all unless it has received a valid request from the modbus master. If the AC800M slaves used to work and you have replaced a modbus serial master in the central monitoring area with a modbus TCP master then Your problem is either that the DCB is not set up properly ( check obvious stuff like baud rate, parity etc ) or your new TCP master is not configured correctly.
