Is it possible to see defined variable in CCB by third party OPC as input or output (e.g. shortreal, longreal,..)?
My defined variable (with only one attribute retained) in CCB 5.0 are seen (through OPC Server for AC800M 5.0) by third party OPC as a bidirectional variable (e.g. shortreal, longreal,..)

I don't quite follow you...
Do you want third party OPC item value written to controller?
This is possible using the Property Transfer service. Just bear in mind that the performance and reliability of the Property Transfer service is limited not to be trusted with fast/frequent updates or signals with "safety" characteristics.
Best would be if signal is transferred with IO or some fieldbus protocol, eg Modbus TCP.
Second best if external application can deliver them via OPC, once again with respect to that high performance or safety related signals should not be trusted to be sent via this method.
In your comments, you ask about "Control web". I guess you mean this product ?.....
Control Web is not an OPC server - it is an OPC client.
"Bi- directional" is not a word normally used to describe a tag in a AC800M OPC server. Typically tags are described as "R" or "R/W". The AC800M OPC server is quite standard in how it presents tags and R/W properties to any OPC client.
The DataType and R/W attributes of a variable are declared in control builder. The AC800M OPC Server then reads configuration files from Control Builder when the controller is downloaded. The AC800M OPC server does not care about inputs, outputs, locals or globals - it only has "tags". Tags may have an optional Path that describes where the variable is found in the application. if you want to change the datatype of a tag, you have to change the variable in Control Builder.
I think if you are having problems with the "Control web" OPC driver, then these are questions you need to ask of the Control web developers.
