Do we have any procedure to replace the Failed Primary Apect Server (License Server) a New server
Please read section 7 "Single Node Replacement" in the Maintenance User's Guide, 3BSE046784-510.
Personally, I'd consider cloning the remaining aspect server, change its IP address + name, clean the existing system from Windows registry and OperateITData/Temp folders and connect it back to the system using the "Connect Node" feature. Finally add the CLS software from the DVD kit and load the license file.
You could also have the system installer to spawn you a new aspect server from scratch including full OS + SW load, either from the original planner files (if intact/found) or from newly created ones.
