AC800M HI firmware downgrade
as far as I know, the firmware versions available for download and installation from Control Builder to the AC800M controllers depend on the current system version. That is, a system version has only one firmware version for each controller model.
I have a system with SV5.1 FP4 and when I try to upgrade the firmware of an AC800M HI, the only firmware version that is available is the version I believe belongs to FP4 (FW865HI_NON-CERT 5.1.1110.3 2013-03-04). But this one is not listed as safety certified in the AC800M HI certificate (3BSE054960_L_en_System_800xA_Safety_AO63111C-A2_Annex_2_Revision_2.11.0_on_TUV
How is one supposed to install a safety certified firmware version for AC800M HI controllers in a system with SV5.1 FP4? Can the certified version be downloaded elsewhere?
Thanks and regards,

The firmwares for PM865, SM810 and SM811 in AC 800M HI Extension 5.1.1-1, Build 5.1.1110.3 included in the initial release of System Version 5.1 Feature Pack 4 are not TÜV certified for operational use in a High Integrity Controller and are marked as "NON-CERT". They are available for test and engineering purposes only.
You can use the firmware from Version 5.1 RevC or 5.0 RevE for the HI. In this they remove the bug of failover and some other known bugs.
For more detail and download you can go to ABB Download centre
