CDP MEANS-CONTROL DISPLAY PANEL(ACS-AP-I),
LCS MEANS- LOCAL CONTROL SYSTEM,where customer control vfd as desk through push bottom.
The drive model no-ACS880-01-145A-3 and use for application:-pump as per required customer.
they control drive on his control-desk using push-bottom for start/stop,increase/decrease,fault reset through ZCU-1 card DI1,DI2..etc.
My question ?-1. when we start running vfd any reference at display keypad(CDP) of drive on local mode source that time we can't unable instantly change mode "loc" to "rem" without stop drive running position ....it's ok i think .
2. But same performance if i apply customer source THROUGH(LCS/CNTROL-DESK) OF vfd/(ACS-AP-I) as remote mode, if we change drive at running CONDITION REMOTE to local mode (display-keypad/ACS-AP-I)it's changed simultaneously without stopping vfd .
and same lcs(customer control) reference-speed/rpm has perform on dirctely loc-mode(vfd keypad),no indicate any code of warning or fault .
BUT LIST OF VFD MODEL BELLOW THEY are HAVE BEEN TAKEN ACTION .AS NOT-CHANGE MODE simultaneously.
which warning CODE showing/indicateing its means DRIVE RUNNING ANOTHER SOURCE [SO FIRST 'STOP'VFD RUNNING CONDITION]
A better description allows me to understand better, as well as to all the colleagues in the forum.
So, in ACS880 the passage from REMOTE to LOCAL control in the drive, normally not request the stop of the drive. Vice versa, the passage from Local to Remote require that you give one other "START" command from remote control, because the drive verifies the rising edge of the command. The AP-I panel not give you any alarm or other signal. You can affect the behavior of the drive with a particular programming.
I think, for example, of group 19 parameters, where you could disable local control mode with parameter 19.17 or group 20.02 where you can decide how to activate the source Est1, with rising or level.
